Booking Process

STEP 1: Reserve your Date

Please book early, so we may have sufficient time to prepare for your order. We recommend booking a few months in advance, as availability is limited and our schedule fills up fast.

However, we would like to work with as many of you as possible, so send us an email if you do not see your date available and we may be able to pull some strings!

To reserve your date with us, head to our Book Now page.

The date you reserve is the date we expect your flowers to arrive at our studio (we recommend no more than 72 hours after the big day!) The sooner you get your flowers to us, the better the preservation outcome!

*Please note: To hold onto your reserved date, an order consisting of a minimum of 1 main piece must be placed.

STEP 2: Book your Product(s)

To hold onto your reserved date, an order consisting of a minimum of 1 main piece must be placed.

To select your products and place your order, head to our Shop page. Once you have booked the minimum requirements of 1 main piece product, your date is officially secured and you are all set!

After this, you may expect to receive an email from us with important flower care instructions and shipping instructions, if you selected our shipping option.

STEP 3: Designate a Flower Friend

Your wedding should be stress-free and fun!

Before your big day, we highly recommend designating a trusted friend or family member to protect your flowers during the wedding as well as transport your flowers to us after the big day!

This will help you avoid having to juggle this task during and after your wedding and ensure your bouquet remains in the best condition to give you the best flower preservation outcome possible!

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email containing important information regarding flower care and shipping supplies/instructions.

STEP 4: Mail us your flowers

Time to ship your flowers or drop them off to us if you’re local!

We will send you careful instructions on how to tend your flowers during this process. As mentioned in step 3, you may pass along these instructions to your trusted flower friend.

You’ll also receive shipping instructions on what supplies to gather and how to safely package them so they can be in prime condition during shipping.

*If your flowers are fresh and you choose to add our professional proprietary flower-drying services to your order, we recommend arranging the flowers to arrive at our shop no later than 72 hours after the event to ensure we can preserve the coloring and shape of each flower. The fresher, the better for the preservation process!
